* divide the field in two, left and right
* the exercise can be played on both goals together
* on the right side of the field near the midline two attackers
* inside the circle a third attacker
* in front of this attacker two defenders, defending in the zone
* goalkeeper in the goal

* the three attackers try to outplay the two defenders and goalkeeper and try to score
* if the defenders intercept, they can score a goal by dribbling the ball over the midline or playing the ball to a teammate on the midline
* Variation: the attack must be executed within 10 seconds

[adpress campaign=15]

Ball possession
* without time limit: be patient, play the ball around until the defenders are out of position
* player C can stay in the right hand corner to try to make the field large
* raise the passing speed when there is space

* support each other in the back
* try to block the attackers in the corner, so the can’t get out
* the goalkeeper has to coach the defenders
