The Grays Hockey Challenge: Sarah Robertson’s Illinois Agility Test
The Illinois Agility Test is a drill that consists in completing a circuit as fast as you can. Although it can be applied to different sports, Grays Hockey started to challenge their players to this drill. In this case, we can watch Team GB’s Sarah Robertson doing this exercise!
