Rick Volkers: A Dutch & Kampong legend!

Rick Volkers, born in 1962 played 22 caps for the Dutch field hockey team during the 80s. The striker has played more with the Champions Trophy in 1984 . Between 1980 and 1989 he played in the Dutch league as right winger in Kampong, where he became champion in 1985 being also the league’s top scorer. The following year he won with the European Cup in 1986. During the European Cup final against Uhlenhorst Mülheim he scored the winning goal, this is the footage that was shared by Kampong Hockey TV:
