The hitting test, how many goals can you score?
This scoring test consists in shooting 6 balls at goal in the least possible amount of time. It consist in bouncing off the ball on a car tire and trying to shoot at goal, one time on the right side and one time on the left side. This test was uploaded by Field Hockey Athletes.
