How to increase the speed of the penalty corner push-in?

Watching this video from the Australian training camp, we can focus on how the insertion of the penalty corner can go faster by fully transferring the body weight forward. The coordination of the forward movement together with the arms transfer and upper body rotation, makes the short corner push in go fast. Finally, we could focus on the final position of the player who finishes at least 1 to 2 meters inside the circle, proving that he has really applied a full bodyweight transfer in the direction of the ball.
