This goalkeeper tripped over the opponent who was down on the ground, is this an obstruction or play on?
This is a very unique scenario and it doesn’t really happen a lot. In this case the goalkeeper tripped over the opponent who was on the ground… is this an obstruction?
Another goalkeeper scenario…. would a defender get an obstruction call from this distance? Should the GK get it? What do u think….?
