Every hockey player should be doing this: You can still workout hard to get your legs strong for hockey even if you don’t have a gym!

Julian Tarres shared this fitness drill that will help you to strenghthen your legs. What you see is what you have to do: get some elastic resistant bands, tie them around you and around the goal post. Try to go back and forth while you crawl in order to push yourself.
