How to use the air dribbling to beat opponents?

Darren Cheesman, the Coaching Director at Taylor Made Hockey, shared this video which shows some of his youngest players performing a technical skill that guarantees to put your opponent out of place when defending, this of course if executed properly. It consists in doing the dribble in the air without touching the ball. Players from Pakistan and India are masters in this skill.
