This team lost the game because the goalie was protecting opposing player…

This action happened during a college game in the United States between the Universities of Syracuse and Virginia. The game finished 3-2 for Syracuse but, the score presented a controversial last action. An Orange player went down, injured, just in front of the goal, so the University of Virginia goalkeeper, Becca Holden, stepped out of position to use her pads to protect the injured player.

The ref didn’t blow the play dead as she should have, and the Orange knocked in a goal into the empty net. But watch the video below. What do you think?
