Off foot pass with slip trap drill, a skill that every player should practice

Take a look at this drill by CD 22 High Performance which shows a group of players improving this receiving skill that requires to make a touch on the ball will using a pivot of the body. In this case, the line of orange cones serves as the opponent which we will have to anticipate. Using this receiving skill, we can beat that opponent from the first touch.
