A non-conventional drill to improve you aerial receiving skills using ramps

Take at a look at another drill that I introduced to the training sessions of the Peruvian National Teams while they were getting ready for the World League I.

This drill is a good one for field players and it will help them to improve all the aspects of the aerial skills while working on reflexes. As you can see in the video, I tried to change the side of receiving and I modified the height of the ramps.
