A fun drill to improve your reaction and sharp movement
In this video we can see two different drills that share one common goal: to improve the players reaction. In the first part we see that the two players are connected by one rope. One of the players leads the movement while the other needs to follow. If he fails to do so, the rope will split.
On the second part of the drill, the players need to steal the red flag behind the opponent.(Source: Hockey Entertainment).
