Drag flicking training idea: Using wheels to simulate the defenders

The Hockey Farm shared this short clip where we can pick a small idea to improve your drag flicking training sessions. By using wheels in strategic positions in front of the goal, we can simulate the position of the defenders, in this case the defence is set in a 1-2-1 formation.
