Backdoor support: A drill to improve a short attacking combo!
This is a drill that will help players to acquire the mindset of supporting the attack by offering a backdoor option. As you will see, the goal here is to have one player carrying the ball while other one is getting accross on the back of the ball carrier.
This must be done from the back of the ball carrier as otherwise, it would be an obstruction:
