RIO 2016: What are Coach Graham Reid’s points to tell the Kookaburras during the break?

Australia, the Kookaburras, are having a slow start in the Olympic Games of Rio 2016. After winning the first game by 2 to 1 against New Zealand, they were defeated by Spain in day 2 by 1 goal. During the match against the Blacksticks, coach Graham Reid was trying to help the players to find a bigger goal difference for his team and he was caught on camera writing some points on the message that he probably delivered during the third break:

2. Keep running,
3. Keep the width…
