Vertical Jumps for field hockey: improve your leg power and strength

This video shows you how to use the vertical jumps in a way that will help you to improve your hockey fitness. This is a great exercise for building power and strength, and should be done at the start of a session and repeated in groups of 15  or 30 seconds.
