The Hockeyroos’ drills: Pressure on the opponent, recovering and scoring

This drill was found at Craig Victory’s Instagram Account (Hockeyroos’ assistant coach). This drill can be split in two parts:
1) Pass to an attacker and shooting
2) Pass to an opponent and triple pressure from the remaining attackers

This drill is very useful to work on the mindset of pressing the opponent as soon as we lose the ball.
