This is a simple drill that will help you to improve your receiving and passing by focusing on keeping the ball on the move while putting your body in the right place in order to initiate the next action. This is a drill that works better if it is done with 5 players.
The player needs to receive the ball in front of the cones that are placed in the centre of the square.
