Argentina suffered two injuries in the squad: Matias Paredes and Matias Rey will be out of the gold medal game. This is very bad for Argentina because both players are two of the most experienced ones in the squad. Rey suffered a fracture in his left hand while Paredes had an broken bone in his right foot. Isidoro Ibarra, skipper Pedro Ibarra’s younger brother, and Lucas Masso will be the replacements.
