Fredpassier uploaded this challenging drill that will surely have you improving your eye-hand coordination while playing hockey. This is a good drill for kids and adults, specially for warm-up moments.


The goal here, as you can see it on the video, is to keep control of both balls while moving around. In the video we see the young players doing it at a slow speed, but surely after some practice, players will be able to do it while running.
