How to do the lifted push? A detailed clip to analyse…

This skill might sound a very basic or fundamental one but is not bad to take a detailed look into it. This short animation in slow motion clearly shows a player making a lifted push pass on the run, lifting the ball off his right foot.

The key here is to have the ball in front of the line of the ball allowing the flat face of the stick to enter under the ball so this one can be scooped up.
