How to cover your feet inside the circle? Improve you tackling skills

Even though this clip ends outside the circle, the play started in there. This clip shows a really good was to defend a 1 v 1. Firstly the Argentine player was able to slow down the Dutch attacker by engaging him and overrunning his line. After that, #8 was able to position himself with sidesteps in an engaging way with the opponent always keeping his left hand under his left knee. By alternating the height of the left hand he is able to alternate between block tackles and two-hand tackles preventing the different chances of the attacker.

By not taking risks in going after the ball, #8 is able to take away space from the opponent making him go back guards and forcing him to take the wrong initiative.
