Another goalkeeping drill that will get the goalies moving!

This is a new training drill for goalies, courtesy of our friends Flux Keepers and the UD Taburiente hockey club from Spain. This drill shows the coach hand-shooting balls to one goalie while the other two are ready to get involved in the game as soon as they receive the signal.
