A drill to practice the speed dribbling with change of direction

This fundamental drill consist in dribbling the ball around with speed with change of direction on each corner. In order to add complexity to the drill the player can be forced to do the following progression:

1. Dribble the ball and change direction with both reverse or forehand.
2. Dribble the ball and change direction only with the forehand.
3. Dribble the ball and change direction only with the reverse.
4. Dribble the ball and change direction by lifting the ball a hurdle that should be placed on each corner.
5. Dribble the ball and change direction only with one hand.
6. Dribble the ball and make a spin on each corner.

There are many variations, what other can you think of?
