How to insert the penalty corner with Jamie Dwyer’s technique?

1) Bodyweight balanced and ready to push the ball. The ball is placed on the hook.

2) Sudden upper body rotation and weight transfer to the left foot.

3) Full release forward aiming towards the target placed in the goal.

A bit of push out practise today at training. Any advice @nathaneglington ??
