How to do Kwan Browne’s “step to the left fake and dodge”?







Let’s analyse one of Kwan Browne’s trickiest skills. It consists on body-faking to go the left by changing the side of the bodyweight while rotating the face of the stick. The goal is to beat the opponent on our forehand side and escape from him. It basically consists on two stages that are executed at high speed while reading the opponent’s movement.
