Calling a stroke instead of a penalty corner, why?

Let’s watch this situation that happened during a match between the teams of Atletic Terrassa (SPA) and Izmailoveo Moscow (RUS) for the EHL. The Spanish player found his way into the circle only to be tackled / pushed from behind by an opponent. Although the referee call it a stroke and looks legit, many umpires in this situation would call for a penalty corner, what do you think?
