Drag flick legends: Calum Giles, Great Britain

Calum Giles is a former Great Britain olympic hockey player, who competed in the British squad at the 1996 Olympics Games inAtlanta and the 2000 in Sydney. Calum Giles is considered one of the worlds best drag flick and penalty corner specialists and two rules were invented because of him, to prevent him coming onto the pitch only to take penalty corners.

Calum Giles has played 143 caps for England and Great Britain and has scored 110 international goals. He retired from international hockey in 2000. Currently he runs www.stickwise.com which organises hockey camps in school holidays as well as hockey academies.
