Scoring like Jamie Dwyer: Vertical off the back foot shot, how to do it?

Trying to score like Jamie Dwyer is challenging but still fun to try. This technique is one of Jamie’s trademarks and it consists on leaving the ball behind our body when we are in a vertical line with the goal, just to take a step backwards with the right foot and swinging at the ball. You need to have the ball close to your body because you need to hit the ball in a vertical motion leaning your bodyweight backwards.
