The Kookaburras and a passing + moving drill

This is a drill that the Kookaburras used at a warm-up session. It consist in basically having one player inside a circle where he needs to be constantly moving his feet around in order to follow the ball.

In addition, he needs to be ready to receive and to give the ball back to another player. His position needs to be low with his knees bents and always ready to receive. From time to time, a player from the external circle will switch with the player inside and so on.
