A scoring drill with the Indian National Team: practicing goal shooting

Sports Media Group recorded the India mens hockey team practicing goal shooting. This training drill highlights one of the problems of running across the face of goal whilst shooting. When running from left to right, the ball tends to run onto the toe of the stick and sends the ball to the right of goal.
