RIO 2016: 2 players talking to the umpire = 1 green card?

If you watched the opening game at Rio 2016,  you might have noticed that in the game that the Netherlands drew with Argentina, the umpires were telling to the teams that only 1 player was allowed to ask / talk when requesting a referral. On the last quarter, Argentina’s captain was issued a green card for being the second player talking to the ref. He looked surprised by the green card for this as this seems to be something “new”. In the past we have seen that umpires were more flexible when approached by players, so we have to wait and see if it was a one time thing or if it will be a constant during Rio 2016…
