Inside Hockey Footwork Exercise: Reactive Ball Grabs





This footwork exercise trains your reaction time and footwork at the same time. Great to work on a low body position and from that be able to move quickly. The key points are:

1) Keep your vision forwards
2) Stay on your toes
3) Grab the ball and roll it back.
