How to practice the shaving tackle?

The shaving tackle is done from behind or from the side and it consists to insert our stick between the opponent’s and the ball avoiding the contact, in this drill is done with one hand. This drill can be used also as part of a physical drill as the back and forth runs can be very demanding if you ask the players to to the effort.
