During the 2016 Investec Women’s Over 45 years old final match, something very romantic happened. One of the players of the Driffield HC, was taken by surprise by who back then was only her boyfriend. He walked to the middle of the field, dropped on one knee and popped the question! This might be the most hockey-romantic proposal ever!
