DRILL: Learn to receive under the opponent’s body contact while keeping the balance

This drill by the Hiroshima Buena Vista Hockey Club, shows a good way to get kids to get ready for contact-plays where they have to maintain their body balance. You will have to use a gym-yoga ball to disrupt the stability of the player shooting at goal.
