A few years ago, doing 3D skills could have been considered part of the so-called “advanced skills”. Nowadays, more and more young players are able to control de ball in the air as much as they do it when carrying or Indian dribbling the ball. This drill was by the Hiroshima Buena Vista Hockey Club from Japan, can be used to as a different and fun way to coach kids into the fundamental aspects of the 3D skills, take a look:
