Hockey Drill: Face Forward Square – Improve your ball handling ability

This is a good drill to be used as part of a dynamic warm-up, where we ask the player to dribble the ball around the cones will always facing forward. This drill will help every hockey player to improve footwork, ball handling ability and eye-hand coordination.

Coaches should focus on encouraging the player to keep his stick and ball in contact as much as possible while bending their knees and having quick reaction.
