Any goalie that is alive after this drill deserves a medal! Dynamic Strength and Conditioning

This drill is focused in developing the dynamic strength and physical condition for goalkeepers and it is a true challenge. The goalkeeper has to do this drill at maximum speed and must:

1. Zig zag around the cones
2. Shuffle from post to post
3. Dive from post to post
4. Sprint forward – kick – and sprint backwards
